As one of the nation's oldest women's fraternities, our organization was founded to encourage and inspire its members to realize their fullest potential. With over 150,000 initiated members, Alpha Xi Delta continues to enrich the lives of women by emphasizing the ideals instilled in our Fraternity: Sisterhood, leadership, knowledge, and community service.
